1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using kimstardigimart.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

3. Payment

We accept M-Pesa, cash on delivery, and bank transfer. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. For M-Pesa payments, you will receive an STK push to complete payment.

4. Warranty

All new products carry the manufacturer warranty. Refurbished products carry a 90-day warranty from Keemstar Office Solution. Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

Keemstar Office Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on this site beyond the purchase price paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
