We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
The following items cannot be returned: opened ink cartridges and toners, consumables that have been installed or used, items damaged due to misuse, and special-order or custom products.
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Send photos of the defect to sales@kimstar.co.ke.
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via M-Pesa to the number used for payment. We do not charge restocking fees for genuine defects.
